Sales Specialist

Typical tasks are:

  • conducting sales activity by selling services and products;
  • making new contacts and collaborations, finding long-term customers;
  • cold calls, business correspondence, presentations for customers and personal meetings;
  • personal sales plan execution;
  • managing customer database and making business proposals;
  • working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other staff;
  • business trips


  • higher or applied higher education;
  • work experience in sales (experience in telecommunications and B2B segment will be considered as an advantage);
  • ability to operate multiple Windows based software applications (CRMs, SAP);
  • excellent knowledges of Latvian and Russian (both written and spoken), good knowledge of English;
  • knowledge of telecommunications industry is an advantage;
  • good teamwork and communications skills;
  • driving license will be considered as an advantage.

Customer Service Specialist


  • Control of electronic communications services contracts documentation;
  • Work with billing system: apropos entry of information about customers, contracts, connections, tariff changes, etc., register incoming payments, preparation of service bills and acceptance acts;
  • Invoicing and control, preparation of detailed reports, inspection and dispatch to customers;
  • Debtor control;
  • Processing customer requests for service bills;
  • Providing outgoing billing adjustments.


  • Higher or incomplete higher (final year student) education (preferably in a technical / financial field);
  • Experience in the field of telecommunications (great advantage);
  • Experience in working with billing systems (great advantage);
  • Good MS Office user skills and knowledge;
  • Customer-oriented, active person with knowledge of business etiquette;
  • Good German skills verbally and in writing (great advantage);
  • Good Russian and English language skills verbally and in writing.
