Implementation of the existing fiber-optical communication line modernization project with spectral bearing change from λ = 0.85 µm. to λ = 1.3 µm, with electro-optical converters modernization and reduction of regeneration sites quantity.

Implementation of the first in Latvia project of fiber-optical transmission for LAN at the industrial enterprise.

1994

Introduction of a vertical suspension of self-bearing optical cable technology inside TV towers for the first time in the Baltic Countries.

1995

Introduction of horizontal high-rise suspension bracket of self-bearing optical cable with big arrows of flight technology for the first time in Baltic Countries.

1995

For the first time in Baltic Countries was executed the mechanized way of optical cable laying with a simultaneous control of a tension in cable sewer system.

1996

For the first time in Baltic Countries the suspension bracket of an optical cable on supports of a railway contact network technology was successfully applied.

1997

Two newest technologies introduction in Latvia:
• construction of underground cable telecommunication networks on the basis of 40-mm. HDPE tubes with the special internal coverage which is sharply reducing factor of a friction at laying of a cable (technology of the Dura Line company, the USA);
• optical cable installation using a method of blowing in such cable sewer systems (technology of the Plumett company, Switzerland);
• preparation of the conditions for these technologies introduction in Lithuania and Estonia.

1997

Construction of the first own underground innovative cable sewer system segment with optical cables.

1998

Begins active construction of OPTRON optical network in Riga.

1999

Implementation of the optical cable laying project in a city for the first time in Baltic Countries on the MCS-Road technology basis (Siemens Company's technology).

2000

Company's division for optical connecting cords (patch cords, pigtails) manufacturing based on factory technology of optical fiber seal (insert) with a full cycle "production – control – 100% testing" is put into operation.

2001

Entrance into to the telecommunication services market by providing a service "Dark Fiber Rent".

2001

For the first time in Baltic Countries the technologies of underground cable sewer systems on the basis of micro-tubes creation and telecommunication networks with use of micro-cables were introduced.

2002

Quality control system based on ISO 9001 standard requirements is introduced.

Telecommunication Service Provider license is obtained, since January 1st, 2003 the company became the telecommunication operator.

New company's office is constructed together with an infrastructure needed for the international level telecommunication operator.

1 Gbps Ethernet platform was introduced into commercial operation.

• Internet, communication channels, the "dark" fiber, VPN: network resource rent for access to a virtual platform.
• Disaster-Recovery-as a Service: emergency restoration of customer's IT infrastructure and information resources in case of force-majeure, in the customer's office.
• Desktop as a Service, VDI: virtual computer rentals.
• Self service: self-configuring opportunity of virtual network, machines, firewall at any time. Access to KVM virtual machine.
• Remote hand: the possibility for customer to transfer management of information system to certified professionals.
• Backup: data reservation - at the customer's indications, create backup copies of client virtual machine in, physically separated from the virtual platform, data storage.
• Restore: restoring a virtual machine at the customer's request.
